Each product is manufactured specifically for your order. Once submitted, your order cannot be canceled, modified, or returned.

Is my order chargeable?
Sample items (aka: Sample Books and Fan Decks) are considered chargeable items. If ordering chargeable items, the price will show on the product search page and in your shopping cart. Depending on your account status with Tennant Coatings, you will either:
- Receive an invoice after the order has shipped or
- You wil be asked to provide a credit card prior to the shipping of the order. If you are required to pay by credit card, a Tennant Coatings customer service representative will contact you directly.
Taxes (if applicable) and Shipping will be added at the time of invoice.
